Senior Lamas of Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery recommend lapis lazuli malas as most suitable for the practices of Medicine Buddha, Samantabhadra, Shitro (100 peaceful and wrathful deities), and Vajrakilaya.

Lapis lazuli balances and activates the throat and third-eye centers (chakras). It’s very beneficial to wear the lapis lazuli mala around the neck. This stone encourages self-expression and communication skills, as well as creativity and clarity of mind and thinking. Lapis lazuli can bring relief from stress, migraines and insomnia.

The lapis lazuli mala has been blessed by Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche.

108 lapis lazuli beads of 7 mm diameter, Trikaya guru beads. White bead (conch shell) symbolizes Nirmanakaya, red (carnelian stone) – Sambhogakaya, blue (lapis) – Dharmakaya. The mala has a sliding knot to make it tighter or looser.
