To register your shipment with the courier agent we need to provide them your contact phone number and full address (our courier agent cannot deliver to a P.O. box).

Order processing time – 3-5 days.
Once the courier picks up your shipment, we will send you the tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from us in your inbox.
We are shipping from Nepal. To most destinations it takes in average 10 business days (+/-3 days) to deliver a parcel. Shipments to India are possible only by land, and will take around 15 days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Currently we are not shipping to Brazil, Russia and Ukraine. We kindly request customers from these countries to provide an alternative shipping address.

For orders to be shipped to mainland China the customers are required to provide Import Permit or ID card (please send a photo of either one of these documents to shop@dharmaratna.online, mentioning the number of your order).
